New Hope's Meals Program for Seniors provides nutritious homemade meals to older adults in the community. Through our Meals on Wheels service, meals are prepared at our centre by a professional chef and a team of dedicated volunteers. Our caring volunteers deliver meals directly to seniors' homes, helping to provide both nourishment and a friendly connection that can reduce social isolation. New Hope serves the neighbourhood of NDG and surrounding areas. Please use the map on our website to verify whether an address is eligible for our Meals on Wheels service.
For seniors who are able to visit us in person, community lunches are served at our centre every Monday and Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. on a drop-in basis. No registration is required.
In the summer months, New Hope uses produce grown through our Garden program.
